Somundy’s production Modular Steel Framing Units are pre-engineered, assembled and shipped “Turnkey” to the factory door. Each unit is transported to the construction site for installation.

Dimensions
Each modular unit is manufactured taking into account the following considerations:
- Size.- We use standard measures of 3mx(4,6,8,12)m . The dimensions are negotiable and adjusted with the Client.
- Height: 2.44 m. It can be adjusted according to the tolerance allowed by the transport regulations of each country.
- Number of Floors – Up to 3 floors and thereafter two-dimensional panels are used.
- Load capacity: Its modulation allows it to support heavy loads according to the type of application.
